Women Empowerment in Healthcare (WEH)is a non-profit organization focused on promoting the rise of women in healthcare. The presence of stereotypes in the field of healthcare constantly lead to negative influences on women's hiring process, career promotion and development, as well as their well being. It is also observed that women are underrepresented in certain leadership positions and some career pathways, leading to inequality. At WEH, we emphasize the equality among the field and fight against misogyny and stigma.
